my world is totally upside down, so this week will be a bit spotty in the posting -- good things are going on off-blog, friends!

was in NYC last weekend, stopped by brooklyn flea on sunday where (before it rained) i ran into wai sze, who i featured last september. not only does she make gorgeous tin favor boxes, which are even cuter in person, she has expanded her line into these awesome little handmade scrapbooks that fit inside -- check out the wedding photo one below:



was sad that it rained (although i did manage to stuff my craw with delicious pupusas and tamales, worth going just to eat), there were lots of other etsy folks out i didn't get to see. if you're in NY, i recommend!

maybe i'm a little hungry. maybe i'm about to eat my own desk here at work. then i open up etsy, and i see: raspberry cream caramels. and strawberry. not to mention... caramel popcorn. o. m. g. *so* hungry.

cathy makes amazing looking and sounding treats based on the season (summer treats available through august 31, and check out the flavors for fall. would be awesome for a fall wedding!) -- also check out her feedback, sounds like things *taste* as good as they look.

i know, i know! it has been forever! bad blogger.

i have been running around like a crazy person. maybe you have too. maybe you're planning a wedding and are even crazier running around than i am. maybe i should shut my stresshole and stop my yammering.

you know what we need?

we need to RELAX. and for someone to give us a back massage and be nice to us and talk softly and say: listen. lie down for a minute. everything is going to be fine.

(of course, if anyone dared tell *me* to relax, i would probably pick them up by the neck, hold them against the wall, and the alien that lives in my chest would pop out and say: WHAT DO YOU MEAN RELAX?? I'M NOT THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM!!! ... ahem.)
